Jennifer Barrett is Co-Managing Partner of the New York Office. She is responsible for a wide variety of trial and appellate matters — in areas of law such as securities, insurance, reinsurance, corporate governance, data privacy, intellectual property and trade secrets, unfair competition, consumer protection, employment, and defamation — on behalf of clients engaged in a diverse range of businesses, including: banking and other financial services, insurance, publishing, television news, on-line marketing and services, consumer products, music distribution, transportation and health care.

Jennifer routinely represents our employer and high-profile individual clients with their most high-risk and sensitive employment, partnership, and conduct matters. While a significant number of these disputes are resolved confidentially to our clients’ advantage, Jennifer also frequently tries such matters in court and arbitration, obtaining successful outcomes for our clients. Representative clients include American International Group, Apollo, Bank of New York Mellon, BTG Pactual, Centerview Partners, Lockton, Match Group, Prime Capital Investment Advisors, and many others.
